EC – 3
Monthly Newsletter
May 2008 Dear Parents: -
This is a special month; we want to honor all mothers on their day!
They will begin transitioning into EC-4. During the next few weeks, EC-3 students will be spending time with Ms. Merci and Ms. Carol in the EC-4 classroom.
We want the transitioning into EC-4 to be a smooth one and the children will have the opportunity to experience what EC-4 is all about.
This month our themes are animals that live in the ocean, water safety.
Colors are orange and blue.
Review shapes
Alphabet letters are “W”, “X”, “Y” and “Z”
Number is 10
Opposites Wet – Dry
We will spend the rest of the month reviewing alphabet letters, shapes, numbers 1-10, month and days of the week.
End – of –the –Year –Program
The program will be held on the morning of May 23rd at 8:30 am dismissal will be after a short reception following the program. If your child is staying for Angel Care, please make sure he/she brings a lunch box; and extra clothes to change.
In closing, I want to thank all of you for you cooperation, help time and support for making this school a pleasant and enjoyable one.
I consider it an honor to have worked with your child during this important time of his/her early life.

May 13 open house 9:30 – 11:00 am

May 23 End of year program EC-3 last day of school dismissal after program.
